One-on-one meeting to learn your style & vision
We'll talk details of your big day, how you envision your wedding florals, and how we approach Full Service event work. If we decide we're a good fit, you'll be sent an estimate and contract to secure your event date.

We grow your wedding flowers from seed.
We get to the creative work of sourcing and starting your wedding flowers from seed. You'll receive a mood board with varieties we are growing so you can see the magic unfurl!

On your wedding day, we take care of everything
We'll harvest every stem fresh, and create your designs knowing your preferences. Our team arrives early to your venue to create pieces on site, set up florals and attend to every detail.

Full flexibility to suit your needs
Whether for an intimate gathering or a larger party, we work with you to bring your unique floral vision to life. Possibilities include wedding party flowers (handheld bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.), table flowers, as well as floral installation work for ceremony and/or reception sites.

We take the mystery out of pricing
We charge a retainer for our services, which includes all labour and design fees. Above this, you'll only be charged the wholesale price per stem of the flowers used in your event, allowing for full transparency. Our retainer depends upon the size/scope of your event and averages around $2,000.

Access a diversity of Ontario blooms
As members of the Local Flower Collective based in Toronto, we have access to a variety of unique, specialty-cut flowers and foliage grown throughout Southeastern Ontario. In addition to the flowers we'll grow especially for you, we are thrilled to be able to source from other ecological growers for any added touches to complement your vision.

Initial Consultation
We'll meet virtually to discuss your wedding day inspiration and colours, and details about what you'll need to make your vision come to life.
estimate + contract
We create an estimate for your review. If we decide we're a good fit, signing the contract and providing a 30% deposit confirms your date.
onboarding
Our favourite part of planning is creating a visual mood board for you, which includes flower varieties and design styles we'll use to flower your big day.
growing
We sow the seeds and nurture your flowers at our farm in the months preceding your marriage.
final meeting
We meet 4-6 weeks ahead of your event to finalize details, and send a final invoice closer to the date.
the wedding day
Our favourite day! We'll be there to deliver your personal flowers and stay at the venue to execute all designs. Depending on our plan, we may remain to collect and responsibly compost all materials following your event.

Timeline
Our full service events are typically reserved at least 8-12 months in advance, to allow time for us to grow your flowers.
Availability
We are available seasonally (May - October) for Full Service bookings. Our deadline for booking is March, the year of your event.
Investment
We charge a retainer for our services, as well as the wholesale cost of flowers needed to execute your vision.

Frequently asked questions
what is your service area?
We service Uxbridge, Ontario and the surrounding Durham Region. We are occasionally able to travel within the Greater Toronto Area, or beyond, for certain events, dependent on timing and details.
can i diy any of my own flowers?
Absolutely! We can work with you to supply fresh-cut flowers if you wish to create your own floral arrangements. Please see 'Bulk Event Floral' option, which offers flexibility for DIYers.
what can i expect to pay for FULL SERVICE wedding flowers?
Most of our mid-size (100-150 guest) Full Service weddings that involve ceremony installations and/or reception floral set-ups average around $4,000-$7,000.
can you guarantee certain flowers?
While we strive to accommodate special requests, we are bound by seasonality and cannot guarantee specific blooms. We will advise on what flowers are in season at our introductory meeting.
can i get other decor elements?
While we do provide vase/vessel rentals, we do not provide additional decor elements beyond flowers (eg. candles, votives, mirrors, lighting).
